Al principio formaron una banda con Andy Nicholson y Matt Helders a finales de 2002. En cuanto al nombre Jamie siempre quiso pertenecer a una banda que se llamara Arctic Monkeys, anteriormente se hacian llamar Bang Bang.

Empezaron a ensayar en un almacen, el 13 de julio de 2003 realizaron su primera presentación en el local "The Grapes".

A las personas les empezó a gustar. Los miembros afirman que la intención de hacer discos no era el ganar dinero, durante sus conciertos ellos regalaban los discos también era una forma de promocionar a grupo.

En 2004 el grupo alcanzó reputación en Inglaterra. Aunque existieron contratos discograficos se negaron a modificar sus canciones para adaptarlas a los gustos de la industria.Pero terminaron firmando con Domino Records.

What Ever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not

Se convirtió en el disco debut más vendido. El primer sencillo de este albúm fue I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor estuvo en la primera posición de los UK Singles Chart. También el segundo sencillo When The Sun Goes estuvo en la primera posición.

Favourite Worst Nightmare

Lanzado el 23 de abril de 2007.

El 29 abril de 2007 Favourite Worst Nightmare se colocó en primera posición en el UK Albums Chart, las 12 canciones del álbum se encontraban en el Top 200 del UK Singles Chart

En particular la canción Teddy Picker fue la llave del éxito para este albúm

 

Humbug

Jamie Cook anunció el 2 de julio de 2008 que el grupo estaba planeando sacar su tercer albúm, en la casa de Alex, especificando que no sabría que dirección tendría la musica.

Salio al mercado el 24 de agosto de 2009. Producido por Josh Homme. Su primer sencillo fue Crying Lightning, el segundo Cornerstone y el tercero My Propeller

Suck It And See

El 4 de marzo de 2011 se estrenó la canción Brick by Brick, seis días más tarde el grupo confirma que el cuarto albúm tendrá como nombre Suck It And See y saldrá a la venta el 6 junio de 2011.

El 15 de agosto de 2011 se estrena su segundo sencillo The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala

nueva fragancia para hombres.

Es una botella en forma de microfono compuesta de: aldehídos, mandarina verde, regaliz, violetas, incienso

Ademas Julian saco una cancion de esta fragancia llamada : I Like The Night
Esta genial :D

Temblor del Martes D:

Pues yo estaba en computacion  viendo felizmente el conejito callado con Ameyalli y seti que se movieron las mesas y sillas, Dayane dice que se movieron las persianas, se sobresalto.
Despues nos salimos del salon y entramos a los 10 minutos, al parecer en la escuela no ocurrio algo grave, pero en otras partes de la ciudad se cuartearon los edificios.

Pero mi maestra de frances no se alarmo permanecio en salon dice que los temblores no le preocupan porque ya pasaran xD

Es una serie que me gusta mucho trata la vida de las hermanas Halliwell (Prue, Phoebe, Piper)  están unidas a un mismo destino :derrotar a la fuente del mal.

Todo inicia al morir su abuela encuentran el libro de las sombras, el legado familiar y se convierten en hechiceras.

No combaten solas tienen a su ángel protector llamado Leo Wyatt, que se convertirá en el esposo de Piper.

En una pelea con el demonio Shax Prue pierde la vida y se encuentra a su media hermana Paige quien tomara su lugar.
Se  enfrentan a  varios peligros y superan los retos que se ponen en su camino.

El fin de semana fui a la casa de mi prima Diana

Aunque no seamos primas tan cercanas nos llevamos muy bien,  vive hasta el aeropuerto pero siempre tratamos de estar en contacto, nos vemos cada que hay una fiesta familiar, navidad o año nuevo.

Tiene un gato y un perro no tengo la mas minima idea como logra que se lleven bien los dos.

Es 3 años mayor que yo y tambien va en la UNAM

Siempre encontramos que hacer juntas.

A Diana le puedo contar los problemas que tengo y siempre me escucha.

El Gato Con Botas

Es la vida de este tierno gatito antes de conocer a Shrek.
El gato con botas llegó cuando era pequeño,  a un orfanato ahí conoció a su gran amigo Humpty Dumpty
juntos tenían la ambición de robar las habichuelas mágicas las cuales las ayudarían a conseguir
los huevos de oro.
Sin embargo Humpty Dumpty le gustaba robar y una noche involucró a el gato en uno de sus
crímenes, por ello arrestaron a Humpty y el gato huyó.
Sin embargo en el trayecto de la película el gato con botas descubrirá una sorpresa inesperada, que lo destrozará
